Johnny Cash Remixed



Scheduled for an October release is a new CD called Johnny Cash Remixed, which features such artists & remixers as Snoop Dogg, Pete Rock, Kennedy, Sonny J (whose videos I recently featured), and this nice remix by Philip Steir, which I consider the best track on the CD. The record company was nice enough to send me an advance copy to share with you. I guess having a somewhat popular blog will allow us the luxury of such perks.

I loved his remix on the What is Hip compilation a few years back. He turned Devo's Whip It into a reggae cut.
